    • Important + not urgent quadrant: coherence, balance, focus, “people” dimension, flexibility, portability
    • Long-term organising: mission statement → roles → goals
    • Weekly organising: roles → goals → plans → schedule / delegate

      • Conscience-directed
      • Defines unique mission
      • Balance your by identifying roles
